At the top of Gmail, enter the following into the search box to find emails older than one year: older_than:1y. You can replace the 1 with a different number to find emails older than two, three, four, or more years. In addition, you can use a different timeframe. To find emails older than a certain number of months or days, use these expressions:
Start by visiting Gmail's website, then clicking the arrow in the Search box. Clicking the arrow will open the Advanced Search options. Enter the email address whose messages you want to automatically delete, then click the "Create Filter" button. Check the "Delete It" checkbox and then select the "Create Filter" button. Next to Gmail, select the trash can. Enter the email address for the account you want to close and then follow the steps to verify the account. Open the email from Google. Click the deletion link and select Yes, I want to delete [account] > Delete Gmail > Done. You can delete a Gmail account and all the messages in it, while retaining your Locate the Filter to Unblock. Gmail removes an email address or domain from your list of blocked addresses through the Filters and Blocked Addresses page in the settings. The first step is to locate the filter that deletes emails. Select Settings (the gear icon), then choose See all settings . Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab. In the "Settings" menu, from the "Quick Settings" section, choose "See All Settings." Gmail will display your full account settings. Here, at the top, click the "General" tab. In the "General" tab, click the "Maximum Page Size" drop-down menu. Then choose the number of emails that Gmail should display on a single page.
